As the 23/24 season approaches, QUK have updated the transfer policy and ratified the new Cross Play policy which allows University league players to play in both the Community and University fixtures. Cross play gives students a chance to play more fixtures to aid their development, while also providing links to the Community teams they may join on leaving the University league.

The next transfer window will run from Friday 25th August to Sunday 24th September. Returning players from the 22/23 season who are playing with a different club this season will have to make a transfer request to move to their new club. They can do so once they have purchased their new membership for the 23/24 season and can be done from their member dashboard. Please refer to our updated Transfer Policy for more information on transferring.

As previously announced we will be introducing cross play for University players to play in the community and gain valuable experience. Please refer to the Cross Play Policy for more information on procedures. Community clubs will be asked about available slots and the Cross Play Request Window will be announced following this.

This announcement is just the first step as we prepare to host the European Games. For athletes and teams, details such as team and player registration, accommodation, and more will be posted shortly by the IQA. 

To the UK Quadball community, we will need all the help we can get to make this the biggest and best event possible - this is an incredible opportunity to help build the sport and anyone interested in volunteering should get in touch with the IQA or QUK.

London to host IQA European Games 2024

QuadballUK are welcoming three new faces into executive level roles. 


We're excited to have Sam Spencer from Southsea Quadball Club and Gemma Woolliscroft from Olympians Quadball Club join us as Gameplay Director and Secretary respectively! 


Leading Team England towards success is Sebastian Waters as Head Coach. Seb is working alongside Team Manager, Tristan Harris.

After a year in the post, we are sad to say that Alex is stepping down as Vice President.  Alex first came into the position of Vice President whilst still a university student and has since graduated and is stepping away from the role so that she is able to dedicate her time to her job. Thank you Alex for your time in the role and all the hard work you've put towards it! 

With Alex stepping away, this means we are looking for a new Vice President. Alex has the following words to share about the role:

"It’s been an excellent opportunity to build skills for both inside and outside the role and to get more involved with the sport you care about. Building relationships within the community is key to the role and an absolute joy to fulfil as you will get to meet people within and outside of the UK that you never would have otherwise".

Alex steps down as Vice-President

QuadballUK is lead by the executive management team, who oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative work across a number of departments within the organisation. The team meet weekly to discuss recent developments, review and create new policies, and share new opportunities for growth or support to both quadball and our community. All of our members are dedicated volunteers, and work hard to make the sport the best it can be.

2023 has brought a new group of fresh faces and some familiar faces into new roles who are all dedicated to ensuring QUK continues to support the Quadball community.  

We are still looking for a Technology Director to join the team and lead key developments for QUK's website and the various systems we utlilise for membership, souting and scheduling.
